This is an excellent application of architectural concrete on facades insulated in a traditional way. This material, thanks to the use in the manufacturing process, of the British Power Spray technology has excellent strength and utility parameters. The basic parameter which is the frost resistance of the material is F150 – the equivalent of the highest class of frost resistance. & nbsp; Traditional types of concrete are usually 50-100 cycles!
The possibility of using Nippon class glass fibers with a zirconium oxide content of up to 18% significantly extends the life of concrete façade panels – especially in zones contaminated with acid rainfall, which should be considered with today’s air pollution. Installation of façade concrete slabs is carried out in accordance with thermal insulation systems that anticipate the gluing of large-format elements with a weight of not more than 40 kg / m2 (our material is only 21-23 kg m2) and a material thickness not exceeding 15 mm (our material is 11 mm !!). Gluing on the façade should be verified in terms of compliance with the construction law and the requirements of the bearing capacity of the substrate.
The assembly of our architectural concrete slabs on the façade is done by gluing, in accordance with the assembly instructions supplied with the ordered product. GRC product technology (Glass Reinforced Concrete), in accordance with GRCA guidelines (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete Association, Camberley UK).

Cladding slabs are made in forming processes, from natural ingredients, which affects the nature of the material. Thanks to this, it is possible to change color, discoloration, streaks. The occurrence of pores and voids is irregular, and their appearance on the edge of the element, as well as the visibility of fibers, is a natural process and the material’s own feature.
